Research, engineering & curriculum
The team that builds and maintains ORIN’s grading engine, writing against the same rules the engine applies. Where an article describes what ORIN measures, it is describing code in this repository rather than a philosophy, and figures are read out of the engine or a query at render time rather than typed into the page. Where something cannot be measured, the article says so instead of asserting it anyway. No individual analyst is claimed for this work, because none reviewed it in the sense that a personal byline implies — an organisation signing its own work needs no credential, because it claims none.

The rules this byline writes under are published in the editorial standards, and the record it is accountable to is the calibration page — the same one every article links when it declines to publish a number.
