Sharing mints a token for a graded read and produces a public page. The shared page is read-only and watermarked: decision controls and P&L are stripped, the reasoning is intact, and no account is required to view it. A revoked link explains itself rather than 404ing.
Minting and ownership
Sharing mints a token against a specific graded read, and ownership is checked when it is minted. A share link is not a guessable identifier — the token is what grants access, so an unshared read has no public address at all.
What a viewer sees
The full verdict and its reasoning, watermarked. What is removed is everything that belongs to you rather than to the analysis: the decision controls, and any profit and loss.
No account is required. A shared read that demanded a signup to read would be a lead-capture form wearing an analysis as a costume.
Revocation
A revoked link, or one that was never valid, renders a page explaining what happened. It does not 404. A dead link that says "not found" leaves the recipient wondering whether they typed it wrong; one that says the share was revoked has answered the question.
Insider room embeds
Charts attached to Insider room messages go through the same token mint, so a read shared into the room is subject to the same rules as one shared by link.
Frequently asked
- Can someone without an ORIN account open my shared read?
- Yes. The public read page needs no account. It is read-only and watermarked, so a viewer gets the reasoning and the levels but not your decision controls or any profit and loss figure.
- What happens when I revoke a share link?
- The page explains that the share was revoked rather than returning a not-found error. The recipient learns what actually happened instead of being left to wonder whether the address was mistyped.
